Thanks everyone. I was wondering. I'm no good at making GFX but when I get enough posts I would like to apply for staff...would the fact that I'm rubbish at GFX mean that I can't get a staff posistion?

Well, it depends on which staff position you would like to have ^^ A gfx moderator does a lot of work with gfx, like the request board and giving tips on gallery entries. he/she needs experience with gfx to give tips and suggestions, and be able to make good-looking gfx for requests.
A moderator just moderates all the boards, with assigned ones for them to look after. For example, by moderating the request section it's your duty to find which requests are filled an which are empty, who's not following the rules, and locking threads when they are filled. A moderator in the premades section just stores all the submisions into one thread and may give a rating or two.
Supervisors act like moderators, but must have experience in gfx since they are really like the co-admins. Supervisors...well, supervise all activity going around the board, give suggestions, and take over as admin when the admin is unavalible. (This means they can fill requests). They also have a bit more powers than the mods have.
well, that was a mouthfull of information to swallow....sorry if i just bored you to death
