First off, I want to say a massive thanks to
ElseAndrew and
FallenSamurai for all of their help.
Also a thanks to
Xikeon, @davidlinc1 and anyone else who may have helped, that I have forgotten (
sorry).
Finally, a thanks to
Smangii for letting me use his "
Clear UBBC Icons" and
welshling for theme testing.
If you like this theme, don't forget to review and rate it in the library:

Mini Profiles - Polls - Profile Tabs - Smilies (In a Post) - Thread List
What Else To Edit...- In the .zip file at the top, there are more Read Me Files, but they are all optional, and not "must do" and all depend on your taste. So check them out, but don't feel like they are a must, because they are not.
- To save myself a bit of time, I added some CSS that removes ALL rounded borders from this theme,. However, you can add !important to the end of it (Style Sheet or Posts) so items do have a rounded borders.
Alternatively, you could go into the Style Sheet (Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet) and find the line (1577) and remove the part: border-radius: 0px !important;
Doing that will possibly mean you will need to go through lots of other things to remove the rounded borders (Mini Profile, for example, Categories and so on).
- The theme uses custom smilies, rank icons, and Smangii's Clear UBBC, and literally a couple of other icons, so you will need to complete those if you wish (Folders: Stick, Lock, Announcement, Hot etc).
- The banner is hosted on my own personal host, but you can re-host it if you want to (Just be careful where you host it, because it's 1920px in with, and 1mb total. Some image hosts re-size images, or reduce the quality).
About The Theme...My intention for this theme was purely to make it colourful. I think I have achieved what I set out to, and I hope you enjoy it.
The theme has many cool features to make it stand out from others. The board, thread and post lists, I kept very simple, but they work very nicely.
Additionally...Any questions, problems or anything else, don't hesitate to post here.
Colour Palette Used...Light / Dark: F3F3F3, F5F5F5, FDFDFD, E6E6E6, 9F9F9F, 2F2F2F

Updates...[30.9.13 - v1.3.2]: Board new/old icons were commented out, but I have changed it so it's now - style="display:none;" - so that Jordan's Collapsible Categories Plugin works.
[30.9.13 - v1.3.1]: Added 2 helpful direct links to the theme description in the library, on how to set up the categories.
[25.9.13 - v1.3.0]: (click the link to reveal the updates and read how to fix)- Removed an extra '>' at the end of line 38 in the Forum Wrapper.
- There is no "mark boards read" option for guests, so it was displaying as "View today's birthdays or simply ." instead of, as it does for members: "View today's birthdays or simply Mark Boards Read."
So I have removed the words "or simply". Which make it look better.
To fix this yourself go to: Admin > Themes > Layout Templates > Home - replace line 95 with the following:
<tr><td>$[birthdays_today_link]{if $[mark_boards_read_link]} or simply $[mark_boards_read_link]{/if}.</td></tr> - When using a small resolution, or reducing your window to be very small, it would completely cut off the bottom ad and links on the main page.
To fix this problem, click the spoiler link below:
To Fix: Admin > Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper . Find line 126 and replace it with: <div id="spectrumfoot">$[footer]</div>
Now, in the same area, just go down and find lines 250 - 255, which is:
.container.stats {
height: 50px;
border-bottom: 130px solid #2F2F2F;
position: relative;
margin-top: -170px;
}
Replace the above with the below:
.container.stats {
border-bottom: 13px solid #2F2F2F;
height: auto;
}
#spectrumfoot {
position: relative;
bottom: 0px;
}
And finally, in the same area still, go down to line 261, and turn it from 275px, to 75px (essentially, remove the '2').

It looks wonderful, except at the bottom, the "Click to remove ads from this forum" text is covered. Unless it's supposed to look like that.

Which browser is that? I don't seem to have that issue.
Sept 25, 2013 13:14:58 GMT -5
I'm using Google Chrome, 1280x800.
Sept 25, 2013 13:15:08 GMT -5
@pauthperu, definitely not supposed to be like that. could definitely get in trouble for that
It's fine for me in Chrome on a 1920x1080 resolution screen, so all I can do for now is repeat what
Xikeon asked... what browser/resolution are you using?
Edit:
We replied at the same time lol.
What resolution do you use?
Sept 25, 2013 13:17:02 GMT -5
Interesting that you're using chrome, no matter how small my window is, it still doesn't do that..

sh*te, mine actually does. And it even fuly/completely cuts the footer links off.
Let me grab a quick video to show you
Sept 25, 2013 13:22:29 GMT -5
My screen resolution is 1280x800.
I actually had to look that up because I didn't know, hah
Edit: I can't get the text to appear, no matter how I resize my browser window O.o
Sept 25, 2013 13:26:58 GMT -5
Xikeon - 8mb .swf because it's a full screen (almost) video.
exdat.net/2013-09-25_1924.swfEdit:
Just to also say, I honestly have no idea how to fix this either. So hopefully you can help
Xikeon ❤

Oh and more on the info center--
since "Mark All Boards as Read" is only available to registered users, to a guest, the info center says "View today's birthday's or simply ."
You can see that in the screenshot I posted

Lmao ok woops. Luckily an easy enough fix
Edit:
@pauthperu will you look now as a guest, and let me know how the "birthdays or simple" looks?
Sept 25, 2013 13:31:16 GMT -5
Looks better, but there's a space after "View today's birthdays" so it looks like "View today's birthdays ."

Ok now it should be fine
Also, will you look in a board and thread and scroll to the very bottom, and see if the links disappear for you there too? They don't for me, the problem only happens on the home page, because of the Info Center.
Sept 25, 2013 13:39:00 GMT -5
The text appears fine on all other pages for me

Ok excellent. So it definitely is the Info Center that's the issue then.
I think, unless
Xikeon can think of an easy enough solution, I will probs have to give the whole bottom area an overhaul :-/

I wish you wouldn't have to overhaul the entire thing. Can't you just remove the bottom black bar that covers the text?

The problem is, it totally cuts the whole thing off (have a look at that video I posted for
Xikeon in one of my previous posts).
Edit:
Ok so, I know what the problem is but not sure what to do..
Here's the situation for you, hopefully Xikeon.
Before, the theme was using a z-index so the info center and bottom background etc was BEHIND the ad, however that caused it so links were not clickable.
Now it has NO z-index, so the ads are going BEHIND the info center table.
Not sure how to fix this so any insight from you or someone else would really be appreciated (
elli or
FallenSamurai)

Did you use any javascript/jquery on the info center?
Sept 25, 2013 14:39:59 GMT -5
Did you use any javascript/jquery on the info center?
No. All that's being used is CSS in the forum wrapper:
.container.stats {
height: 50px;
border-bottom: 130px solid #2F2F2F;
position: absolute;
margin-top: -170px;
}
Sept 25, 2013 14:45:20 GMT -5
It's because the position absolute.
Sept 25, 2013 14:51:04 GMT -5
It's because the position absolute.
With it being set to relative, it's not completely hidden, btut it still does get hidden mostly.
Sept 25, 2013 16:11:00 GMT -5
I think I have it fixed. And since @stinky666 can't keep his CSS in one place.... I had to go hunting for it.

I think I have it fixed. And since @stinky666 can't keep his CSS in one place.... I had to go hunting for it.
Because this Theme has so much CSS that is custom to it, I split it up into parts of where it should be, so it's easier for other's to edit
