This theme is designed and created by Prophet.
It was originally a V4 theme, but I couldn't let it go to waste, so I converted it to work for version 5.
I take absolutely no credit for the designs or even the colour palette (which is all fantastic).
I would recommend AGAINST using the Sidebar Redux and similar plugins, with this theme. However, you could use something like the Peekaboo plugin.
You can either download the theme to your PC:

Download .zip (contains all images + theme): TEAL AND LIME V5.zip (689.88 KB)
or you can install the theme directly from the Theme Library.
This topic is mainly for support with the theme. I have attached a .zip file which contains a folder with all images.
There isn't all too much to edit on this theme but any help you may need, don't hesitate to ask.
The theme comes with some things customized, for example the smileys. It doesn't have UBBC Images though.

On line 5 you will see: $[shoutbox_post.created_by_user]:

How would I edit the forum name?
In the download there is a .psd and .pspimage that can be edited
If you don't have anything such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, just let me know what you'd like the banner to say, and I will add the text for you

Is this when you try download from the first post or are you downloading it from the Theme Library?
If the Theme Library, could you try downloading it from the above, first post ?

I'm having some issues with the shoutbox not displaying names, and editing the member legend colors so they match the ranks D:
Hiya, if you look in my previous post, or in the bottom of the first post, it says how to fix the Shoutbox issue.
Alternatively, I have updated it in the Proboards Library, so if you re-installed the theme, it would be fixed.
As for the legend, what exactly are you having trouble with?
