OK this is a tutorial for people who dont know how to do pixel strecth, its not really that difficult so I hope this helps!
Ok here we go
1)Open up a render and resize it and put it where you want in a sig.
2)Grab the 'Single column marquee tool' (m)
and click over your render in a nice place, the best place would be where the best colours are, like this
3)Now when you have got the marquee tool where you want copy the section. Make a new layer (by clicking
), paste the selection on to the new layer.
4)Press CTRL+T or goto Edit --> Free Transform, drag the to blocks either way:
When you have done that you should have something that looks like this:
5)Drag the top layer to the bottom
6)Now you are done, just touch it up with some filters or brushes.

Hmm, never seen this before! Looks good to me
