Hey everyone,
I was hoping not to have to resort to asking for help, but it turns out I might need it, and this seems to be a friendly community.
I have two questions, and I'm sorry if I'm not versed enough to detail them in a way that makes the most sense.
First of all, my forum's url (still a massive, massive WIP):
fh-anewbeginning.boards.net/Sorry if you have to make an account to view it, I will try to tweak that setting after I've posted this so it's publicly observable while I'm getting help with stuff.
Question #1 -- Issues with Smangii's V5 sidebars. As you can see on my forum, you have to scroll down to the center of the page to start seeing the sidebars. This doesn't work out for me at all, as I'd like to have the sidebar start at the top of the forum, and remain static while scrolling down through the boards (I could find another forum to use as an example of what i mean if my communication skills are lacking). Any ideas how to fix this? I've had it like that in the past (years ago when proboards was different, though the main cause of my issue is my memory) and also have seen it on people's forums now.
Question #2 -- this feature may not even be necessary if I can solve my initial issue with the sidebar, but maybe it would look nice anyway? As the forum is pretty long and I'm not sure how well I like the aesthetics of that. It would be a nice thing to play about with if possible. Is there any way that anyone is aware of to make my forum content (boards) contained inside a scrollbar?
Thanks kindly to anyone reading or assisting!
Happy 7 days belated new year!
I'm around and round we go

Is there a reason you haven't used Brian's Sidebar Redux plugin here?
www.proboards.com/library/plugins/item/2It's a plugin designed to mimic my Sidebars, but makes it wayyy easier to edit. I believe the "sticky" feature you are looking for is included in this plugin too.

I have not seen that, thank you!

I'm sorry for another question, but I remember now that I had played around with sidebar redux a while ago and this was the problem I ran into:
Screenshot-
Code entered in first sidebar, if it helps anything-
<div align="center"><div style="margin-bottom: 20px; width:270px;text-align:center;color:#a7bb81;border-bottom-right-radius:30px;border-bottom-left-radius:30px;border-bottom:20px solid #7a5442; background:#6b6b4d;padding-bottom:5px;">

Edit: I believe the answer to this must be very simple, and I know there is an easy fix by adjusting the width in the code of the sidebar I'm having problems with, so for now that will be my solution and I'd end up settling for it, but if it could be worked out for the width in the pasted code to be compatible with the rest of the forum it'd be awesome.
