Hey guys! I've been a lurker on this site for quite a while and have gotten some great codes from here. I know there's a lot of people who post looking for advise on their designs, so I wanted to post the link to this new website called ProofMe. It's like Dropbox or Google Drive, but more design-based. Other people can comment and collaborate on the project, and point out certain aspects of the design they think you should tweak with annotations right over that part of the image.
Here's a link to it! I tried out the new free version with some friends just to see how it worked, and it seems to be great so far! The free version gives you 5GB of storage, which is enough for a few projects to be up at once depending on the file sizes. If you want to get some good comments on your layouts, I'd recommend giving it a try!

I have never heard of this before, this looks pretty sweet! Usually we just create PDFs and use acrobat to marks stuff up, but I guess the live replying is cool...
I can see this being super helpful at a creative workplace or live session... thanks for sharing!

We use
www.invisionapp.com/ @ Adobe, as do many large companies. This looks to be a similar tool, if not an outright imitator depending on how it's development/release falls in with InVision's. Though arguably, the pricing is reasonable, depending on the number of users... A good option, either way!

Is this a basecamp-esque replacement for designers? It looks more project-management based in the brief time I looked at it, which is why I'm asking.

It's more like an upgrade of the PDF approval method. You post the mockup, teammates can review and add comments like they would on a PDF. You can create usable prototypes without any code, and even add animations. It has some project management features, to manage where a mockup is in the approval process, but imo is not sufficient by itself. You would probably use a service like ProofMe or InVision in conjunction
with Basecamp or similar.
