So, I was referred to Tree House by a friend of mine, and I've been using it a little over a week to learn some basics to css and html and more in depth stuff. I'm just wondering if any of you guys have ever used it and what your thoughts are?

I've honestly never even heard of it.. Link or something?
Edit:
Assuming this is it:

Yes, you have to pay, but for me it's well worth the money. A lot of the free stuff isn't very detailed and these guys are very organized and detailed. IDK, I just really like them.

Don't get me wrong, I am no way saying anything like paying for tutoring (online or offline) is bad, or anything else.
There's a lot of premium stuff out there, even simply premium tutorials (video ones) and the likes that are amazing, so if you actually get to speak to people etc that'd be even better.
Obviously, some just like to do it, read etc themselves and get on with it, or simply like me, not want to pay because I don't plan to do it as a career etc. So it'd be a waste of money for myself.

I came across that when I was actually watching a youtube video and it was an advert on there but looked at prices but never know if something like that is worth it due to the amount of free stuff that is around

I've been using it. It's worth it imo ¯\(°_o)/¯ Learned more in a week on there than I did in months on free sites.

Any particular part ? Or everything ? Because I think the business side it teaches would be useful

I agree... I learned more in 24 hours of constant videos lol and trial and error based on those.

So far I've learned a lot about HTML and CSS more than they free resources would teach you and it's easier to understand.

The responsive section, particularly.

If someone gives you a referral, you gets 50% off the first month. So like $12? Instead of $25.

thats great as thats only about £7.50 for the first month then. Which one of you wants to do that haha

It's a pretty good resource imo. But you have to actually use it, or it won't do you much good. They have a lot of free stuff up, check that out to see if it's worth it to you.
But if I shared my account with you, then I wouldn't be able to tell which sections I have an haven't completed. ):

we can both send referrals if anyone wants them, but definitely check out the resources first and try out the free stuff to see if it would benefit you.

Do you mean the free stuff that comes in the projects or do they have a certain section? I've joined up now and i'm just scanning through the projects.. My review so far would be that its decent stuff but not worth $25 a month, maybe something like $10 or less

The free stuff like the free sections available.
Really? I guess it depends what you're looking to learn. Then do have a whole UX section tho
