I accidently messed up on the tutorial numbers 7 - 9.
#7 I was supposed to show you how to use the displace effect by downloading the Displacement image on the link above... You will use that to produce the effect onto the signature.
Then you'll see a window like this... and default settings are 10 - but you want to set them to 20.
then find your displacement image. Use the image that I linked you to DOWNLOAD.
Finally, you'll see the effect go into place and displace it more than once to get a nice dusty effect.
