I dont think these are a brush. These are specifically for having a splatter somewhere in the background. The only thing you have to do is do color to alpha -> black and you can just use it as a pattern on something with overlay.
It looks just like you took a brush and added it to a blank background.
Hmm, where have i heard that before?
ACTUALLY it looks like he took the time to make a vector of a spatter with the pen tool . . . surprisingly, there's such thing as spatters made without brushes, how do you think the brushes themselves were made?
